Coronavirus: No new cases across the Moorlands in last 24 hours
The total of coronavirus cases in the UK now stands just over 279,800 after a daily increase of around 1,900 cases
Cases in Staffordshire saw an increase of 6 in the last 24 hours and the total now stands at 2,271 with 222 of the across them moorlands.
Stoke-on Trent is recorded separately form the rest of the county and has recorded 5 new cases taking the total to 789.
The number of people who’ve died with the virus in the UK has increased by 359 bringing the total UK figure to just above 39,700 of them 307 occurred at the university hospitals of North Midlands, an increase of 2.
The Midlands Partnership NHS foundation trust have recorded an 11th death and The North Staffordshire Combined healthcare trust has recorded a total of 6.
