The number of coronavirus cases in the UK has increased by 770, in the last 24 hours taking the UK total to just below 298,000

There are now 3,794 cases in Staffordshire after a daily increase of 3.

Of them 373 are in the Moorlands.

Stoke-on-Trent is recorded separately from the rest of the county and has recorded 3 new cases taking the total to  1,482.

123 more people with Covid-19 have died in the UK which takes the UK total to 45,677
